Please stop telling incorrect information. Tuya and Sonoff are two different brands. Maybe Zigbee devices work on each others Hubs, but nothing more.
If you read back further you would see this post about a local integration.
I love when people cannot be bothered to read along the posts. This is a short topic with 120 comments. But assume that someone else would do their due diligence…
Okay, as the Android app of eWeLink is nearly the same as the Tuya app, I meant that it’s based on the same platform but uses a different API. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Tuya is Tuya, Sonoff is Sonoff. Two different companies.
Actually Sonoff was the first one who came out with a switch which was controlled by an ESP module. That was the now called Sonoff Basic.
Hi everyone, I got a new control unit for our hot tub last year. Since then, I’ve also had the new Intex Link app. I’ve now paired the hot tub with the Smart Link app and set up the Tuya integration in HomeAssistant. I chose the standard integration because I don’t have any issues with the cloud. The hot tub also appears directly in HomeAssistant. However, it only shows me one Climate Entity, and I can’t operate it either.
Can anyone help?

same thing here, I added the spa through Tuya integration too (not LocalTuya integration), after going through the Tuya API setup… Any way to control the Spa ? I have no problem from my phone over Tuya app

Previous successful users said to use local tuya. Can you try and tell us if that fixes the issue for you?
