iPhone shows conneced to wifi only when in use

Hi all,
i"m trying to detect when my phone is home based on it’s connection to my home wifi. Android works perfectly well, but iPhone shows connected only when I’m using it and during the night:

I had both phones with me all the time, so iPhone should show exactly same wifi connection as Android

Do you have any idea how to fix it?

Sounds like power-save is making wifi on the iPhone sleep when running on battery…

Yes, iPhones go off the WiFi when in sleep/standby.
