Struggling how to describe, therefor also struggling how to google for it. I play music, netflix, youtube whatever media directly on my tablet. Is it possible to add that tablet in my home assistant to be able to play pause in automations? So for instance when motion is detect my music stops playing automatically.

although it looks interesting as well, I am playing the media via Netflix and Spotify app, so doest not seem that is the solution.
If it’s an Android tablet try one of the cast solutions that support Chromecast. For example https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.softmedia.receiver.castapp&hl=en&gl=US but be aware it’s not very stable on many devices and doesn’t support some formats.
