Is There A Way to Overlay Information Like Time Over Tiles/Cards/Camera Feeds?

Possible with playing with css:

1. Two cards - camera + some grid/stack/whatever:
   

   

2. Overlayed:
   

   

And obviously a simple “time” markdown may be added instead above the camera card.
