you have to do sudo apt-getupdate then sudo apt-get upgrade then sudo reboot this is the most common fix

sudo apt-get upgrade

I ran update and upgrade yesterday, just did it again and still can’t connect via web browser

did you reboot after ? i just install i new image on a new card and i was having the same issue but after update it and reboot wait five minutes and it work
