Hello everyone,
I’m having trouble with the Tado integration. While the bridge is showing up without any issues, the new devices, specifically the heating thermostats, are not appearing. I’ve tried reloading the integration and even reinstalling it, but unfortunately, there hasn’t been any improvement.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated!

What version of Tado are you using? v3 or X? Using the official cloud Tado integration or Matter? Did you create zones in the Tado app (thermostats are not shown in the official integrations, zones are).

I’m using Tado version X and the official cloud integration. I have created zones in the Tado app, but I’m still not seeing the thermostats displayed in the integration.
Are there any alternative methods to display the thermostats in Home Assistant? Any suggestions for troubleshooting this further would also be greatly appreciated!

Personally I do not know if the X versions work with the “old” cloud based integration, I use v3 myself. I do know you can integrate the X thermostats using Matter, but with limited functionality.
I would have thought the X versions would work transparently with the old integration, but I might be wrong. Did you try a search on topics about Tado X with the Tado cloud based integration?
