Anyone know if you can get ‘remaining time’ out of Kodi, it obviously works it out as it’ll display on screen.
Would like to be able to fade up the lights a bit as the credits role like at the cinema rather than just at pause of idle, a couple of minutes before the end would probably do it.
Did you ever find out how to do this? Now you’ve planted the idea in my head I want to do it as well! From what I can see from the api you can get play time and total time but then you’d need to do the rest in HA. Also it wouldn’t be very accurate as each movie’s credits vary in length. And then there’s stinger scenes… Speaking of which there is an addon which detects credits! I wonder if this can be adapted to trigger HA when the credits roll?
