Leviton DZS15-1LZ switch install issue

Newbie and having an issue getting going with the Zooz Z wave stick I installed.

The stick appears to have loaded and working OK

Now I added the Leviton DZS15-1LZ switch and on the console I get a switch section and under it leviton DZS15-1LZ switch switch. If I toggle this on the console it will turn the switch on and off. but if I toggle the switch its self nothing happens on this console.

The Zwave log file does show the switch being toggled here it is when I toggled the switch twice(on/off).

Anyone able to help me get the switch talking to the console?

Hi - Were you able to get this issue resolved?

I think I’m having the same problem as I just got a Nortek USB Zwave adapter for my HA system.

I have the same switch and I can connect to and HA creates this entity:

switch.leviton_dzs15_1lz_switch_switch

however, the toggles don’t appear to be working properly for me. I created this post with details:

but sounds like it might be similar to yours.

Any luck with the DZS15-1LZ Switch you were using with HA?

Thanks

Yes I do have them working… it was like just wait a few days letting everything sit them i put the switches in to rest mode (paddle pushed up) for a long time… (only toggle up when the green light was on. Then I would poll the switches… I am using zwave2mqtt now and it is working fine (or appears to be).
