Location based shopping list reminder?

Since it is easy to add zones in HA and get notification when I entering a zone. I’m thinking probably we can do some location based shopping list reminder. When adding a shopping item, we also enter a store(or zone name), then when I enter a particular store(zone), it reminders me (email, telegram etc) only those items that I need to shop on this store.

Is anyone doing something similar?

I did a simple, effective version based on my use of Google’s shopping list.

  1. Add a zone for your local supermarket
  2. Ensure you have the home assistant app
  3. Use the Actionable Notifications or similar blueprint to prompt you with the URL of your shopping list on entering the geofence

Simple, if I don’t care, I get rid of it.

Another option would be to prompt to open an app; like openfoodfacts.
