Is there anyway to lock home assistant settings? This is a major issue if kids using the app can go in and change or mess up the layout or HA settings. Hope the clever developers can look into this as at moment does not look like it can be done unless I am missing something?

Thank you fully agree, not sure how the developers can miss such an important issue/function.
It not a matter of “missing” it. It’s not easy and will take some time to get it correct. Especially for a system that allows user contributed integrations and addons.
