Making a dumb cooker hood smart

I am trying to automate my 25y old fan.
Purpose: Turn it on remotely as some kind of ventilation system. (one function is enough)
I was think to use a shelly or esphome.

Any ideas?

So I figured out, there are 3 wires going to the fanmotor,
red = going to capacitor
blue = coming from capacitor
black = N?

When I measure over red and black output
1 = 100v
2 = 160v
3 = 230v

So now I want to automate it with a shelly as a ventilation systen
when we are away from home.

I could put a shelly parallel with the output and run it 230v

This is my schematics, would it possible to do with mine?
