Bad. I couldn’t stop the air leaking out. I did however find a cheap, easily applied and reliable solution:

I’ve been trying a few things for a bed occupancy sensor.
An MS5611 pressure sensor ‘sealed’ in a waterproof flexible phone case or in a silicone tube did not work. The air leaked out of both rather quickly.
I’m now using a cheap eBay strain gauge glued to one of my bed slats. Connected to the A0 input of a Wemos D1 mini runing ESPhome . It does not give a huge voltage swing (0.6V to 1.3V) but I think it wil…

Hmm to see if its charging thats a good one.
The only thing i would love to see is an app on ios/android which syncs the alarm clock so you can use that to automate stuff (since you set that the day before normally) at least i do.
