I am not familiar with an Intel NUC system. What OS is running on that?
Sorry for the delay here. I have been trying to figure out how to respond but I am at a loss. In order to run the commands I gave you, you would need to have the OS running but HA down, and have access to the OS to run commands. I am not sure if that is possible with your config.
What you could try is to plug your PLM into your Windows system (or a separate Linux system if you have one). You would need python v 3.8 or 3.9 installed and git installed. Then you could run the commands above.
