Hi there, a few days ago I post my ESPHome project of a universal AC controller
Though I have tried my best to make it easy to use, but you still need to clone the Github repo and compile yourself, Now this hassle has gone! Just built a web install page you can install the firmware in your web browser, no ESPHome anymore!
