I recently purchased the SER5 pro (5700u processor) myself and have almost completed the migration
Migrating from standalone podman back to HAOS under proxmox is not as easy as it sounds but I’m nearly there 
If anyone finds this thread then the HX 370 processor is the one for the future but the current prices are eye watering. I got my 5700u for £250 which I think is reasonable
