Modbus: spicierModbus2mqtt

I was reading about spicierModbus2mqtt to connect modbus to MQTT.

Not clear to me how to install this within HASS. The instructions mention the python package manager for installation. But where do I launch this? Does not work in the terminal…

Anyone has experience with spicierModbus2mqtt within HASS? Thx for your help.
