Modify backup-filename during backup?

I had a lookup and found similar posts like mine, but no solution.
Is it still not possible to change the filename from the backup?
There was a massive change in the whole backup-system, but no option to do this?

If you back-up using add-ons or possibly means other than the dashboard this is possible.

There have been a lot of questions on how to do a backup if you want to run it manually, not using the awesome automatic tools. I also noticed in the latest version of HA that the new native automated backups feature to a remote Network is using the slug as the file name and not a friendly or customizable file name. Is there any way to have the backup file name be more descriptive?

I want to confirm that after HA Core update to version 2025.2. 0, the automatic backups to my network share now have a descriptive file name instead of the slug name. For example today’s was named ‘Automatic_backup_2025.2.0_2025-02-06_05.07_58007139.tar’
