Monitor remote system status

I have a plex server that has quite a few users on it, I like to keep a close on the performance of the server and nas. Since it is on windows glances does not work, Ive been trying to get snmp to pull cpu, memory, and network stats but i cant find the right oid for the life of me. Id also like this to be displayed in a nice graph or guage as appdaemon calls it. Has any one done anything like this yet?

Win10As will return basic information from a windows 10 machine using MQTT, which you can then store in a sensor.

Someone else has also suggested the program EventGhost in another thread, but I have never used it.
