uninstalled the moqsuitto & web addon
installed the other moqsuitto addon without web, up and running from first time
dont know whats the issue with the first addon
Maybe that addon has an issue or we missed a step. But glad to see it’s working now 
Indeed, to bad that I don’t have an embedded test client like hive, so installed that mqtt fx tool
OMG, found it
this was causing the issue : readonly: true
changed in the mqtt config of addon
