MQTT Not Autodiscovering Devices After core-2021.9.x Update

There is already a MQTT service in use from core_mosquitto

this seems a problem too.

@francisp Managed to fix that with a Host Reboot after finding this post : ERROR (MainThread) [supervisor.services.modules.mqtt] There is already a MQTT service in use from core_mosquitto - #3 by LukasQ

So far didn’t get this error again, so it is probably not the root cause for the autodiscovery just work the first time.
