Ensure the URL it’s calling is using the correct server.

The 8 can change depending on what server you connect to. Find this out by looking on the back of your hub. The last digit of the serial number is your ‘server number’. In my case, my hub serial ends in ‘8’ therefore my URL starts ‘s8’. Yours may well be different.
