Multiple MQTT brokers?

I am just in the beginning of home assistant and like to get my home smarter.

For local things, I have my own mosquitto-server running and for owntracks, I have a rental vps-server outside my home. How can I use both mqtt-servers to get all information together?

Can anybody share a config example. I’m trying to set this up to have mosquitto in the Local Network but the using CloudMQTT for external things …
