Maybe try to remove the non-ascii to confirmed it’s not this.
in the compiled directory, try creating a folder html.
The weird thing is that the folders are already there, but no files in them?

compiled/css
compiled/js
are somehow always a problem if they dont exist or dont have writing access.
and that happens by mostly hassio users.
so make sure those dirs exist and that there is writing acces for the AD user.
