My Zigbee devices update their data only once, during restart

I still have one that is working great, but it’s twin that I got at the same time decided to drop off the network and no amount of factory resets and re-pairing will bring it back - even if it’s within 12" of the dongle - and my Zigbee network is mains heavy and well saturated. That’s the thing with such devices, what works for some doesn’t for others for unknown reasons, perhaps it’s environmental :man_shrugging:.

I have 10 of these and they work exactly as they should. I am tracking the batteries and they usually run out at around 1 year. When they run out I need to re-pair them though, but that takes 30 seconds.

Aqara WSDCGQ11LM control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT are the ones I have. Longest battery life at the moment is 10 months since last change.

I ordered
one more Sonoff ZBDongle-E that ill setup as router,
plus i ordered sonoff smart s26r2zbtpf that also works as router, so i think my coverage problem will solve.
