I have a NAS server built on raspberry using raspbian lite, it is a network client and sits under NAT, it has an internal IP address and I can access it through SMB.
Is there a component that allows you to see details about the HDD?
Free space in HDD etc?
Maybe this is a solution that will work for you?
I tried it, but I could not follow the initial instructions:
“Check if you are able to access the API located at http://IP_ADRRESS:61208/api/2. Don’t use -s as this will start the XMLRPC server on port 61209. Home Assistant only supports the REST API of GLANCES.”
In any case I tried to insert the local IP, HA identical the sensors but did not display data
