Are you sure you’re directly listening on zigbee (/dev/ttyACM0) and not mqtt? Maybe I haven’t fully understood your code yet.
To me, the ttyACM0 device along with the idea to fully de-signify the hub and replace ipbridge with zigbee2mqtt still sounds really tempting, but I haven’t yet had time or guts (I have only 1 hub and am hesitant to lose my config) to experiment further… yet…
Sorry-- you’re right, I misunderstood. Hue-Jazz listens to the MQTT. I don’t have any non-Hue Zigbee devices, so I can’t even really test something like Zigbee2mqtt. My goal was to use Hue dimmer switches to control non-Hue lights.
