New house, help with Hardware ..?

Hello,

I hope everyone in great health, I have question about best hardware device for home, we building new home and I want to controller everything like (light, Curtains, Shutters, Shades, air-condition, door, etc…) I’m thinking of choosing home Assistant as main controller (Home Assistant Yellow) and the device will be local firmware (Tasmota) but I’m between WiFi and Zigbee maybe i will use both,
Number of devices is:
6 light switches from 1 gang
50 light switches from 2 gang
30 light switches from 3 gang
10 switches for Curtains, Shutters and Shades

for now, maybe will increase in future.

my question

  1. what is best Hardware brand you recommend of high quality I can buy? like sonoff or tuya etc.…?
  2. do you recommend WiFi or Zigbee?
  3. For smart door Lock is there brand use power not battery?

What is your geo. Hardware reccommmendations vary by country.

And for #3 i don’t know of any in the US

What you mean by geo ? You mean USA or UK or EU?

If this what you mean our country is kuwait we use UK or EU
