Have the newest Version running nicely with my softliq:SE21. But I’m also having the issue with the permanently illuminated LED ring…any solution?
Hello,
I have the SE21 and use the v1.0.0b3
After connect to the cloud, he find the SE21, but no informations are delivered.
In the log I see this error:
ERROR (MainThread) [custom_components.gruenbeck_cloud.coordinator] Response status code for https://prod-eu-gruenbeck-api.azurewebsites.net/api/devices/softliQ.SE/ /realtime/enter?api-version=2024-05-02 is 200, we expected one of [<HTTPStatus.ACCEPTED: 202>]
Can you help please
There is already an issue which is still open
Since today (probably after installing HA 2025.2.3, should be exactly the time) the gruenbeck integration isn’t working anymore.

The update to 1.0b4 which is 20 hours old helps, thank you
Hi everyone,
I am about to buy a Gruenbeck SE, too.
Does the SE18 work with this imtegration as well or just from SE21 upwards?
The SE18 has Wifi as well (and the APP), but I am wondering what’s needed beyond that. From the SE21 upwards there are additional features:
The LAN interface does not help anything. It is only used to connect to the Internet. As all the smart functions require connection to Grünbeck servers, I can’t recommend buying Grünbeck products.
The decision for Gruenbeck has beed made already - but thank you for your feedback.
I want to connect HA to the Gruenbeck device and wonder if this works already with the SE18 or if it requires a higher version than the SE18.
You can not connect HA to the Grünbeck device. The Grünbeck integration connects to the Grünbeck server which provide the possibility to get the data of your device and to change settings. It is not local. You can connect your HA with any Grünbeck device which is connected to the Internet and the Grünbeck server if you have the login data.
This is what I meant, just a bad idea to use products of a company which do not provide local access. But you can access it, it makes no difference if it connects using LAN or Wi-Fi.
Thank you for the clarification.
Maybe I was not clear with my statement.
I don’t care if I connect through a cloud server or direct (and I am aware that some people don’t like cloud services).
I just want to make sure that I can control and monitor the gruenbeck device from HA.
After one of the HA updates the integration stopped working, I uninstalled it and am trying to set it up again, but I get an error:
Failed to load customization wizard: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble
Hi,
I tried the integration with the SE18 which didn’t work and had the side effect that the info in the app was “stuck”. Deactivating the integration made the App update again. I guess Grünbeck implemented some changes that intentionally or unintentionally broke the integration.
Just to inform those who didn’t recognize: Seems Grünbeck changed something regarding the login, looks like they were adding a field “description”. Unfortunately this field does not get ignored by default, but leads to the Grünbeck integration failing.
