New processor and memory usage sensors under System - Hardware menu

I discovered the new built-in hardware monitor of CPU and memory usage.
This monitor is available via HA GUI under System - > Hardware menu.

I suppose there are some built-in sensors that we can use for some pourposes but i can’t find them…
HOw can i use this new feature via yaml/script/automations?
