No more endevice pairing after moving from Sonoff USB3 to Syconnect

Hello everyone :grinning:,
I switched from a Sonoff V2 P usb3 key to skyconnect in ZHA.
I had 46 devices with the Sonoff and after 25 routers with the Skyconnect the pairing of the end devices did not complete .
Any suggestions for directions?
I am in the latest HA and ZHA software versions.

What do you mean by “USB3”? Regardless of adapter model they are all USB 2.0 and should not be connected to USB 3.0 port because that is well known to cause interference issues. Connect the dongle via a long USB extension cable that is USB 2.0 or connect to a USB 2.0 port (not a USB 3.0 cable to a USB 3.0 port), otherwise interference can block/jam reception. That and more is covered by the related best practice tips here that you need to read and should take actions to try to follow:

Thanks for taking some time to answer :-).
As I have only USB3 port I use an USB extension.
Yesterday i migrate from the Skyconnect to my previous Sonoff V2 P and the channel (Zigbee 25 , Wifi 12) change from 93% to 75% of use.
But still no pairing .

Somebody told me today to use a Sonoff V2 E with latest firmware as Aquara device are know no to be very conform to Zigbee 3 standard.

And as I have also Sonoff V2 E and that my connection lost began few times after bougth and add Aquara devices I’ll try this asap .
