How do you changed the the NR configuration node for HA to the internal url? Can you share the configurations changues?.

Donā€™t use the Hue Magic node (node-red-contrib-huemagic). Itā€™s slow!

As soon as I used the HA objects to interact with Hue devices, no lags anymore.

Maybe if you donā€™t use HA+Node-Red, you can use the Hue Magic without issuesā€¦

Can you tell me howto split up node red an home assistant on a separate raspi?

Having mayor delay problems that i havend had before and would like to try this.

Iā€™m no big coder, so iā€™m using node red alot.

Yep. Iā€™ve noticed that the issue is with NodeRed, specifically the output ā€œbufferā€ where it sends data to HA via the ā€œservicesā€ node, e.g. turn light onā€¦

This seemed to start happening to me about a year ago, and since then I have run a script in NodeRed to restart itself. Sometimes I have to get this to happen once an hour, as over 2-3 hours the problem sets in.
