I can't get into HA

Hi all, I can no longer get into HA. either locally or remotely , it gives me the problem of NSURLE ErrorDomain 10004 and gives me the WebSocket disconnected, I can no longer get it started.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Poking around on the internet, I couldn’t find any solution.
