was checking the status of my stick, i can control all zwave devices so it should work… but it shows

You can delete it. This is mentioned in the release notes for 2022.03.

Node status is only valid for endpoints, not the controller itself.

That entity didn’t tell you any information, which is why it was removed. A controller’s status is always “alive” because the attribute only applies to nodes included in the network, not the connected controller. Perhaps in the future the entity can be re-introduced when/if the driver (node-zwave-js) provides controller status information.
