Notify/push notifications: "Requested entity was not found"

I had push notifications working with 0.96.5 and 2.0.0(69) of the iOS app, but now when I try to push messages via the service tab (notify.mobile_app_alex with the payload {“message”:“hi”} ) I get “Requested entity was not found”.

I’ve tried resetting the mobile app and restarting HA but still no cigar. Also deleted the mobile_app file in the .storage folder, no luck. Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this?
