I removed the repository completely from hacs also removed then integration. Readded it. Unable to set it up cause of the error…
Well, I really don’t like the tone of your answer. I hope I’m wrong about it, as reminder we work on this integration on our free time and for free. The integration works fine for me and cover all me need, so I can stop here. Hopefully for many other users, it’s not the case, and I’m please to help nice and kind users when I can.
About your issue, I probably find the root cause and it will be fixed in next release.

Hi all, starting from this night I’m not able anymore to login to Somfy via this integration.
At the same time I can login w/o problem by using Somfy app or Somfy-connect website.
I tried to reinsert the credential or to downgrade the integration to a previous version, w/o success.
I’m getting always the same error “Failed to connect”
Hi, Somfy didn’t update their SSL certificate, it’s why we have this error. It will be solved on their site, probably today.

I still have this issue for months now:
Config entry 'HomeAssistent' for somfy integration not ready yet: 400, message='Bad Request', url=URL('https://account-link.nabucasa.com/refresh_token/somfy'); Retrying in background
The weird thing is, everything still works…I can use all my covers from within HA and got no issues there. (apart from the fact that they now have a SSL issue on their website).
How can it be that I’ve got a refresh_token issue but everyhting still works? Can I get rid of this error message somehow?
downgraded to 2.10.1 now it works (and to overcome the other problem (that after a while the integration stops working and cannot login anymore) i just restart ha)…

What is better/faster? Overkiz, or Somfy for Somfy Connexoon IO
Somfy integration is using the “official” somfy api which hasn’t seen any update since 2018 and seems discontinued. Although it’s working as is, it’s no longer under active development. I would suggest you use Overkiz which is very actively worked on!

Hi to all.
I installed HA 2022.2.0 and as expected the new built in integration Overkiz (by Somfy) pop up.
Now in my list of integration I have the custom “Overkiz (by Somfy) - Custom” configured and the new one to be configured.
My question is…how to replace the custom with the new one w/o loosing all devices that has been included in multiple groups and automations ?

First, you have to know we haven’t yet integrate all the platforms within Core yet. See https://github.com/iMicknl/ha-tahoma/issues/749
For your question, you can uninstall the custom component, and install the Core one. entity_id will be the same (except if you renamed them). So your group, or automation will be safe.

I gonna buy some Thermostatic valve from Somfy in short term.
So yes Core is OK. But not for your valve, as I said we haven’t yet backport climate devices.
But may if ask why still buy Somfy? There is zigbee, wifi and z-wave valve where you will have full local control.

I’m using the ha-tahoma-2.11.0, and I really find it very usefull! Thank you a lot for this great work.
Maybe you could help me. Are there some things to avoid to ensure that Somfy won’t ban IP?
The reason I ask is because my IP seems to have been banned since a few days, and I don’t know what could cause that.
I’ve got cards to view some entities status or to run scenes.
I’ve also got two automations that send me a notification when the garage door or the gate is opening or closing.
That’s all.
For the moment, I’m waiting for someone from somfy to resolve it.
Does anyone have had the same issue with somfy servers?

Hi.
I was thinking about Somfy valve because Tahoma is the only other coordinator I have in my smart home in addition to deconz/conbee.
I’ve already tested a lot of thermostatic valve based on zigbee and none can be fully managed in homeassistant via deconz/conbee without the specific hub of valve brande.
Am I missing any configuration step ?
