Hi,
i managed to realize everything i wanted with this blueprint exactly for one thing:
with a short button release i turn on a mqqt group scene.
but when i use the rotary dial to dim it always dims all lamps in my room.
obviously because i set the whole room as a target.
i would like to just dim the lights that are used in the szene, not all in the room.
one way is to setup all lights in that szene as a targer, but when i change the scene i always have to also change the targets.
is there a way to configure the dial to just dim the lights from the scene, or just the lights that are turned on?
that would make it perfect.
thank you and great work!
The blueprint doesn’t read anything from MQTT. So it can’t know which lights are in your MQTT scene. It also doesn’t read any lights state, otherwise it would not be usable in terms of speed.
Don’t think I can include that kind of completely different control method, as all controls are made to just send commands that are supported by HA itself, not the underlying protocol used by your lights, so that it can work with all types of lights.
You might be able to do this with custom actions and scripts yourself.

- Only relevant for ZHA, Z2M users are not affected
