Phoscon changes IP after reboot?

Hello ! ! !

I am an absolute beginner in Home Assistant :wink:

My Phoscon integration automatically changes the IP after a reboot. I read in the forum that you can solve it via /config/.storage/core.config_entries, only I can’t install VS Studio code on my Raspberry 3 because it is not supported. Do I have a possibility to change this file also with other means?
