Is it possible to use the Raspberypi’s (RPI 3b+) GPIO pins for analog Audio out, that I can use in automations to play sounds?

You can mirror the headphone jack to some gpios via boot config fole, but why? Just cut open a headphone jack cable and splice the wires open.
