ps4-waker (https://github.com/dhleong/ps4-waker) allows you to wake a PS4 from the network and if you have the Title ID for an app, start the application. My use case specifically is to start Playstation Vue (Title ID: CUSA00960) to create a TV workflow but it could be used for many other purposes.
Yep i use it to turn on and off the playstation. I have set it up like mentioned in this thread: Switch for Playstation 4

Is there a way you can use the title id in the HA automation?
For example, setting the Hue lights to a certain scene or colour when Netflix starts on the ps4 after sunset…
