Plex Media Player on Amazon Fire TV Stick

So… I read and read and still couldn’t figure out how to make HA sees my Plex Media Player on my FireTV Stick. I configured Plex Media Server with my server token and if I play Plex via WebPlayer, it shows on HA, but it doesn’t do anything when I play Plex player from FireTV Stick…

I thought once the player connects to the same server, HA would know, right?

Any idea? am I going the right way or is there anything else I need to do differently for Plex player on FireTV Stick?

Take a look at this post. It’s an improvement on the current Plex client and may work for you.
