Thanks for the update. However after updating and restart it came back with “Integrations could not be setup”. After that I removed the integration, restarted, try to add it again but than gives me another error. so unable to test at this moment. Any suggestions?
By the way log did not show any information. Maybe I need to enable more verbose logging? If so could you point me how to enable that?
These old devices can be very slow in responding, we have seen this same problem happen to other Stretch users. You should just retry but leave some time (at least a minute) between attempts.
If that doesn’t work, please show me the detailed error info from the LOGBOEK.
Not sure what you mean exactly but I get this error when trying to add the plugwise integration 0.30a3 to my devices (so settings → Devices&Services → integrations → +ADD integration → Plugwise Beta → error) So this is even before the popup screen where I can enter the stretch IP & password.
Ok clear. Please show me the detailed error-message that should be in the LOGBOEK.
Sorry for my noob questions, but where can I find this logbook? If I choose the one in the left menu I only get what is in the screenshot below but that doesn’t contain anything usefull.
It’s a bit hidden: Settings → System → Logs, scroll down to the bottom, LOAD FULL LOGS.
Thanks, appereantly had to adjust the logging level. Now it’s giving me so more info although I don’t understand it. It’s complaining that it can’t find version 0.25.2a when I installed 0.30.0a3

Even when I completely remove it in HACS, restart, add it in HACS, restart and than add it again in integrations it comes back with above error
Thanks! I know what’s wrong, I made a typo somewhere. Fixing…
Please update to version 0.31.0a4, that one should work.
Thanks. Now the installation works again. Will let it run for an hour and post the results here
Have now let it run for over an hour but unfortunately behavior is still the same. I think it is actually a problem with the stretch as the values that it is reporting under “Wh” (http:///core/appliances;id=xxxx) are the same values I see in the xml file. Funny thing is if I look at the “long term” history (http:///core/appliances;id=xxxx/interval_logs) after the hour has past the hourly consumption is suddenly adjusted to the correct amount. (first three screenshots are around 11h50, last screenshot is just after 12h)
Yes, the problem must be in the Stretch. In our code we just collect what’s in the xml-data and show these values in HA.
An idea: our code takes the value from the wrong spot. Maybe we should take from the history-list instead.
Anyway, let us know if you find a way to improve this.
Managed to update the stretch to version 2.3.1 however the results are unfortunately still the same. The behaviour of the info in the xml files is also the same (the kwh reading for the device goes up and then just after the hour gets normalized and displays the correct value for the previous hour). Just curious if other users notice the same behaviour.
I’ve a strange problem. My actual power usage seems okay but the Energy consumption today freezes. Only after a restart of the integration it starts working again. It’s at all the Plugwise plugs. Does anybody has an idea how to solve this?
I think this is known problem, @brefa is working on fixing it…
Thanks, I’ll follow this thread.
It was removed because Plugwise had removed it. Instead you should create a Vacation-schedule.
Recently, Plugwise has returned it, and due to that it was added back, it’s available again since plugwise-beta v0.29.0, see GitHub - plugwise/plugwise-beta: Custom-component / development version of the Plugwise Home Assistant platform
