Pop up clock

Dear HA community members
Good day to you.

I just wonder if some one can guide me to create an automation to pop up a clock after certain time with out using the HA App.
And it goes back to start page again if I touched the screen.
I believe it’s possible to do so by using browser mode and clock card.
But couldn’t figure out the way to do this idea.
