Possible to see both Icon + Name in the view "menu"?

Hi all,

Quick question that I’m not able to figure out. Running HassIO in docker at the moment.

In Lovelace, whenever I make a new view and set both a title + MDI icon, only the icon shows in the menu, not the title. Is it possible to have both the title and icon displayed somehow?

Yes, hover you mouse over the icon.

If you mean permanently, no not that I’m aware of. Maybe possible in future using Custom Header.

Yes I meant permanently, so guess have to wait a little longer for that :slight_smile:

Just found this old topic through a search. Maybe reconsider this as an option at some point in native home assistant?

Alternative workaround - using card-mod theme (there is a transition visible on a page load).
