Anyway, thanks for the reply! I never thought about making a template sensor, but something like that sound like a great idea, thanks for sharing!
I am keeping a manual google sheet right now, but with the ifttt component I could use the webhook and google sheet applets in ifttt to add a row to a spreadsheet… I think
