I doubt you can resolve brownouts with any reset.
Afaik it’s hardware issue, operating voltage going too low.
I expect you didn’t play with wifi output_power setting.

Just upload base configuration and observe logs if it’s giving brownouts…
I would try to add a new device in esphome, connect the esp32 to your pc and upload the stub via usb.

When you add a new device the firmware that is created is minimal. It prepares for later update via OTA.
I have done it several times! But no improvement!!

Sounds like time for the bin. These things are cheap enough. (I hate the throw away society, if you have a recycling service, use that bin)
