Problems accessing everything except Overview after update to 0.70.0

After I updated to 0.70.0 today, the only view I can access is Overview. All other views (like HASS.io, Configuration etc.) only gives me a blank screen with the spinning circle.
I run HASS.io on rpi 3. The same thing happens no matter what browser or device I use.
Any suggestions on what I can do to solve this?

Press CTRL+F5 to refresh the cache on the page.

Is there a solution reason for this? I am getting the same thing after updating to “0.71.0” on every browser, including chrome. I have also deleted cache in every way possible.
