I created a custom integration, similar to the one someone linked above, but with the intention of being compatible with the official OctoPrint integration. As a result, you can use threedy, a custom card created for OctoPrint.

Anyone gone thru the effort to be state_class in any of the Prusa Rest sensors yet? I was going to start updating mine.
I added a filament weight sensor from a load cell to MQTT to HA. Next step is to have a sensor that determines the length of filament based on the type of filament from the REST sensor for type of filament.
I used the nozzle for the percent and changed the nozzle temp to mdi:printer-3d-nozzle-heat which I don’t think was around when I started my journey on this project.
