Pushover has been updated to support sending of images. Images can be sent via email or the api (to the app… I think). I would be nice to have an alternative way to telegram to send images from home assistant to mobile devices.

Exactly. It would be awesome if this was supported, especially if the image attachment could be a local camera snapshot link.
If this is going to be integrated in HA then I got all my bases covered 
I would like this and twilio support.

You can send images with pushover using it as a custom component. Very easy to set up and seems to work well
