I’m new to Home Assistant, in fact, I haven’t bought/installed yet. We have a dumb washer (speed queen), and it’s far away in the home, so you don’t always hear the finish chime. I thought I understood that the Govee 5086 smart plug would allow us to send a notification when the power usage dropped. I can not figure that out, and have been send down the API path and home assistant. Before I drop money here, I’d like to know if anyone is sure if what I want to do is currently possible.
I can see the voltage and amperage in the Govee app (5086 smart plug), I want access to that data, and to watch when power drops for a minute or more, then send a notification that the washer is done.
