I would prefer to not use Go2RTC with my Nest Cam at all. I tried specifying the streams in the go2rtc.yaml file, thinking that would disable the on-the-fly setup, but it didn’t. Any way to add a setting to either enable or disable on-the-fly stream setup?

I actually wonder if this is a question for the RTSPtoWebRTC addon instead as that addon is what’s doing the converting of all the cameras? Not sure! I do agree we need a way to exclude cameras.

Alternatively, any chance you may know why Go2RTC doesn’t work well with the Nest Cam?

I have one of these also. This is a cloud based stream so I think its likely just an artifact of that. Its not the best even watching the stream directly as well.
